Your registration fee of $2,600.00 covers 60 hours of training and extensive training materials that will be provided to each participant in digital format.

A certificate of 60 professional development hours that meets AMS guidelines will be awarded at the completion of the course.

PLEASE NOTE: Space for this workshop is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The workshop fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the workshop and are able to find a substitute, we will be happy to transfer the registration to that person.
